Using the vast experience he has gained over 23 years advising business leaders across Asia on their top human capital challenges, Daniel strives to build high-performing management teams capable of establishing and strengthening their organization’s presence in the region. A recognized authority on prevailing leadership issues in Asia-based companies today, Daniel also specializes in cross–border and board appointments, having successfully placed Chief Executives and other senior leaders in Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea, India, and Australia from his home base in Singapore.
During his executive search career which began in early 1998 with A.T. Kearney, he has carved a niche by assessing, identifying and coaching seasoned professionals across various functions. This versatility makes him well qualified to look beyond the parameters of a traditional job spec and source high performing individuals from different geographies, industries, or functions to fill critical leadership roles.
Prior to his current role as the Managing Partner for Leadership Advisory Inc., Daniel held similar responsibilities at J. Robert Scott, CTPartners, and Heidrick & Struggles. He holds a Master of Human Capital Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), and an Executive Diploma in Directorship from Singapore Management University (SMU). Daniel has also completed the Listed Entity Directors Programme, and is an Ordinary Member of Singapore Institute of Directors (MSID).
Outside of work, Daniel is an active volunteer and philanthropist, and is especially passionate about helping the less privileged and protecting the environment.

Helen is the President & CEO of Charisma International Consulting, a premier partner firm of Leadership Advisory Inc. She brings more than 27 years of commercial and executive search experience, where she specializes in conducting leadership assignments in Taiwan for chief executive, country manager and senior functional executive roles with global conglomerates and multinational corporations.
Prior to her current role as the President & CEO of Charisma International Consulting, Helen held key responsibilities at HRnetOne and Heidrick & Struggles. She was also the Vice President of Atos Origin Taiwan and started her career at Philips Electronics.
Helen holds an MBA from Kobe University (Japan) and a Bachelor in Finance from National Cheng Chi University (Taiwan). Besides Mandarin, Helen speaks fluent English and Japanese. She is currently the Co-Chairman of Greater China Business Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei.
